I recalled the days it moved out from tmn mutiara barat shop lots to here.
Now moves out from here

one of the (2?) remaining chains there finally left Cheras Sentral. Not sure why they stayed for so long - maybe business was enough to stay afloat until recently. Or lease finally up.

I believe TGV is the only major chain remaining now operating retail business in the mall.

very quiet and peaceful, got customers for sure - just that its mainly catered to locals staying nearby that want to watch movie and nothing more.

very ideal if you want to watch movies in cinema but dont like noisy and hecticness of big crowds.

Can try to open supermarket again once Connaught phase 1&2 completed. There is total 2.6k units here with walking distance to cheras sentral

Studio unit type is fully furnished, include kitchen cabinet lah, fan lah light lah aircond lah furniture those.

Other types are just empty bare unit.

My unit Rm559 per sqft which i think values for money. Anything more than 600 per sqft is expensive for me in this project but studio units no choice, impossible to sell 200k+
