Same. But mine is 100M before 300M. now they are giving me 30days trial for 500Mbps. I hope it stays at this speed lol.
*
That time 100M was still very expensive and 10M just launched when my tmaan was fiberised

Went to TMpoint and was denied for 10M saying only 30M minimum

At last one kind agent from this forum helped me and got me 10M package

After a while heard a promo of +RM10/mth for next speed upgrade so went to TMpoint again and got it done

I also got 500M for 30 days but not really useful as my device is max 300M using 5GHz

Unless I go for cable but no mobility ha ha

The current free router I got from unifi can only support 90mbps but the speed I subscribed to is 500mbps, can I request for Unifi to replace the router for free? or I need to buy my own
*
1. What modem and router do you use?
2. Make sure your current modem and router support gigabit ports?
3. Make sure the modem to the router uses CAT6 and above (for a better internet experience)
4. Make sure the router to the device uses CAT6 and above or uses a 5GHz WIFI connection.
5. Make sure the Network card on the Laptop/Desktop supports gigabit ports.

You can ask TM to replace both router and BTU to support 500Mbps.

Hi guys, I just changed my dns to cloud flare and enabled ipv6 and my Lazada app is acting kind of weird.

When i click on something in the app, instead of opening it normally it looks like it is popping up and opening it like a link instead.

This link has low quality font and the suggestions don’t load at the bottom

There is also a no internet connection warning sometimes when I am scrolling through the reviews to the suggestions on an item

Is this internet or app issue?

Anyone else having this issue? I’m on iOS btw

I think someone said the issue a few days before.
The problem occurs on IPv6 connection to LZD.

How do you get 300mbps for 129? Paying 139+30 for 300mbps and ruby pack respectively. HyppTV is kept deep in my store room but no chance to remove the ruby pack. Hoping to get a better price since the 10th year anniversary with unifi is coming up. Best I got is a 1 month upgrade to 500mbps yesterday but I cannot utilize it also. Sigh, tempted to switch elsewhere but unifi has been rock solid.

Just buy your own, anything >RM190 is way better than TM's provided E-Waste
You run the test on Wifi or ethernet?

Mine starts with tmnet prepaid 1515, then streamyx 512kbps for god know how many years. Then Streamyx 2mbps for about 1 year, to unifi lite 10mbps and subsequently turbo upgrade 100mbps.
Left TM end of last year and now on Digi. If I stayed a little longer maybe I would have left for Maxis 6 months promo.

Does using private VPN to Singapore help to alleviate the issue with unifi slowness? Or any other country.

Yes and no.
Yes if you connect to stable SG vpn server.
No if you connect to those unstable routing SG vpn server.
(There are 50% Unifi to SG routing is not stable)

My unifi smokeping to some SG VPN provider

Thank you for this wonderful dashboard.
Do you basically ping the server, to know if it is stable?
CODE
ping sg-smart.serverlocation.co -t

I have a subscription with getflix and planning to use it. https://getflix.zendesk.com/hc/en-gb/articl...s-and-Addresses
Or it depends on the ISP routing used by the server?

If you ask me I'll recommend Celcom simply because this is what I use and im very satisfied with its network and support quality as well no bullshit deception game in its contract terms. Maxis network is not bad too. But I never use it more than few days so I can't recommend on this one.

The main thing is, don't look solely at price. You have to study the routes used by each isp and find the one that suit your usage pattern most. I ended with celcom after full moth of trial on all of the available options and happy with my research outcome.
*
I'm not a technical person.

You mentioned different ISP have different routes, is it related to response time or speed?

Currently I'm using unifi 30mbps, when I connected to VPN(US), i feel like very slow. Is it related to ISP itself? Or VPN punya masalah? Or router problem?

How much download/upload speed for the maxis fibre 30mbps package?

If i port to 30mbps, is it free 3 months? Need to pay extra for the porting or installation fee?

Hei guys, the rebate RM50 that TM 'promised' if they failed to solve problem in 24h (eg: LOS) is it eligible and if yes, how they done it? deduct it?

Both will be difference.
Crap routing will causing higher response time(latency) and lower speed.

For second question-
It depends on multiple factor,
When u initiated vpn connection for usage,
Your device <> your router <> local tm network exchange <> unifi core network exchange <> unifi edge network exchange <<<international peering>>> US network <>US VPN network <> final destination service server.
And most of the time the routing problem is mostly happens between unifi edge network exchange and US network.
And vpn server overloaded is possible if too many user using the same vpn server.
