Oh wow TIME routing to Unifi is very bad today for some reason

I am on TIME 500Mbps and was wondering why it's so slow to remote to my office. Speedtest to TM's server shows the speed

i dont think is DDOS.
for MYIX it happen daily during peak hours time.

for connection towards Equinix/SGIX it happening since raya eve till now at 8:45pm onwards sure high ping latency from 20ms became 200-500ms.

reddit/twitter/cloudflare cdn/fastly cdn are affected.

Damn, now is looking for a local VPS provider that is connected to TM not via MyIX. My VPNs at Shinjiru and IPServerOne are greatly affected by this MyIX slowdown.

Yeah after 9pm ping to twitter will get a high ping. My solution is connect to my VPS server at CJ1 Cyberjaya, I manage to get low ping to access twitter, setting as PBR for accessing twitter.

Here is some updates. After some studies, I realized that I couldn't just swap the BTU due to the ONU password is different for different area. Initially, I wanted to access the BTU to get the ONU password and swap them, but I can only access HG8240H5. I couldn't access HG8240H (even though I can ping 192.168.100.1, but the website doesn't load). So I have gave up this project. When I accessed HG8240H5, I realized there were nothing about internet speed in the configuration. I don't think it will works even I swap the BTU together with correct ONU password. The internet speed configuration probably is in port or somewhere else.

May i know, do House A and House B use the same FDC code? An example is BS C016 . If both houses use the same fiber cabinet, it is not a problem to make a swap

You need to unplug the fibre cable before powering it on to access it ircc, as it receives configs from the OLT to disable the web page, and also that's where the speed config is set ircc.
EDIT: this might be wrong, try 1.254 or 100.254


Also, do not use the root/adminHW password printed on the modem, use telecomadmin/admintelecom, this shows more options.

Do not look at the fibre btw, it's laser and it can blind you.

I think @Anime4000 knows better (sorry I don't know how to mention someone on lowyat forums)
