I am using Asus RT-AC86U, connected to Unifi Modem. I can't use Skype on my wifi recently. But i can call using Skpe on Maxis mobile. Anyone here faces the same problem?

Still no call from Unifi

So I called TM to ask about this latest loyalty mesh wifi promo that's being talked about... got the notification on myunifi app.

I was told that all three of my 800Mbps accounts are not eligible including the one that's out of contract because the promo is only for upgrade and not downgrade.
The agent even said it is better if I maintain the account because supposedly I won't get this price ever again (RM229 for 800Mbps. Not the lowest out there I know).
Transfer ownership of account still works though (special price maintain), he confirmed.

forgot to mention, he said even those new users who subscribe to the '1 month trial' promo can get this offer

i got the free mesh call, they call me last few weeks... but they want tie 24months contract... I straight reject
scare they increase my package price after tie contract.... evil TM

Mine is upgrade to 800Mbps, so for sure price will increase. No way.

Is there any promo available for 100Mbps? I just upgraded to this Unifi 100Mbps LUXE- Super Value with Unifi Plus Box(UPB) on November 2020 for RM139. They said that I can't downgrade package without UPB. Upgrade or downgrade package with UPB only since I have already taken the UPB package. Guess I have to stick with this RM139 price. I doesn't need anything more than 100Mbps speed. If possible just want to have it at lower price.

Just got this offer above today. I rejected it because I'm satisfied with my 100Mbps already.

May I know 50Mbps still available through some special channel? Btw, I'm out of contract already. Might consider to downgrade since I'm not using much and want to reduce monthly payment.

Yes, you are probably not getting the optimal 5GHz signal from the router. I would suggest that you change to a better router. Plenty of good choices recently, especially the ones from TP-Link and Asus.
