In the next couple of months I'm hoping to make a couple of ergonomic investments for chair and tables, so thinking of some advise.
For context, in one of my previous jobs I've seated on a Leap, and whew - it is too good. If I was rich I would've gotten a Leap for myself easy, but unfortunately I've never been fortunate enough to find myself with the timing where a Leap is available for a good price.
I've tried Hermen Miller ( at showrooms ) and I think another one - but for the ones I tried they felt cramp. I know that the best decision should still be made after trying it out yourself, but in context of sifus here who have tried out many chairs, I was wondering that for someone looking for a similar ergonomic "vibe" to the Leap, and at a budget of the 1.5-2k range, curious what are the options out there.
So basically:
- similar to the Leap in terms of size/dimension of cushion, overall feel ( if possible )
- 1.5-2k budget
- headrest preferable but not required
- decent warranty
- 2nd-hand ok, so long as warranty transferable.
So far, looking at carrousel/lazada/shopee, the ones that seems to be best fit are...
1. Steelcase Series 2 from ELY
2. Steelcase Think v2 from ELY
3. Haworth Zody (2nd hand) from Carrousel
Any other recommendations or thoughts on what is good fit?
Herman miller have 3 difference sizes, A,B,C likely you've tried B, perhaps you can give C a try. It's meant for huge people tho.
Zody, if you want cheaper perhaps Haworth Easy, not as good for sure, but it's 380 only. If you're lucky you can snag a Zody at 380 as well.
