Read through all 32 pages in 3 hours (including the posts, videos, specs etc)
I am using Markus now but the seat is cracked/tear (changed the seat once, the new one didn't last more than 2 yrs)
My new purchase, main requirement is to be fully mesh (back and bottom), ergonomic and wide (like Markus: so I can sit with my legs up)
Personally I am thinking of the following model (all seems wide enough, have mesh, "ergonomic enough"): 1) CG700 Alterseat -> no review! why? -i think this one cost wise is ideal, has most of what i looking for. (not sure if the fix reclining is an issue or not for me and if the lumbar thingy is relatively good compare to others below) 2) ErgoPro Evis -> seems pricy relative to other competitors here. 3) ErgoHuman AMOffice -> this one seems like mixed review, so I can't be certain about this 4) Wau Merryfair -> looks ok, just not sure about the plasticky parts.
I wouldn't mind spending more for Herman Miller but I don't think it is necessary. Also note that it is interesting that no reviews on CG700 Alterseat and Takeaseat chairs
Another Q: how many of you bought RM1k+ chair without testing it first? My dilemma now is whether to wait to test the above chairs before buying them (seems like a smart thing to do considering the price)
Any comments, ie what other considerations: warranties, personal xp etc?
Thanks!

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Aug 17 2021, 01:17 PM) hjh87 FYI, Trax uses GDEX to deliver. I would have expected them to have their own fleets. also could you have used a duster like to clean your seat gap?

QUOTE(miyakochan89 @ Aug 19 2021, 11:22 AM) Simple, cause mesh seat. I think it’s worth the price? But I believe Steelcase Gesture would be equally good and more cost saving, only downside is that I read that it’s a super warm chair. I didn’t like Leap design myself and not mesh seat will be a no no. what about COSM (high back) vs Aeron?

QUOTE(SkyHermit @ Aug 24 2021, 09:47 AM) Guess Ikea Markus isn't for me as I am just slightly over 160cm, guess my head won't touch the headrest. I heard mixed reviews saying Gaming Chair is good, or isn't good. What's the general consensus here My budget is between RM400 to RM800 I actually just bought this (link below), but after one week, the cushion flattens if I sit longer than 20 mins, and I need to move my butt for it to be comfortable. I am thin anyway (50kg) and it has this problem Rm 400 chair https://www.amazon.co.jp/gp/product/B07RHR1T9C/if you are in no hurry, then just wait and go to showrooms to test the chairs. I think Merry Fair and Alterseat should be in your range.
