No biggy about not getting the actual item. It's just a matter of principle, as they have gotten into an agreement with the consumer to provide the item once we disburse our payment to them. If they're unable to fulfil this, they should not be accepting our payment. And where applicable, be giving immediate refund as the money is no longer rightfully theirs. Can't be holding on to the money for weeks rolling it when I'm getting nothing out of it. |

Damn guys, Im still in conversation with Customer Representative, and there are some new findings based on the conversation, it seems Sony Store the Curve is the store responsible for cancelling all the online pre-order! tony_mw liked this post
