Tried to call, but the hotline is unavailable due to Covid-19, really wtf......... worst day ever in my life...minor accident on road, kena boss marah when reach work place and now this.........

Not to add fuel to the fire but it's not impossible for this to happen behind the scene, judging on how 'they' see that people are still willing to buy even if it's priced at RM3000 per console. Easy RM700 profit per unit.

For those that got their sony PO cancelled, have you received email to notify of cancellation? I checked my Sony store account and I didn't add my phone number so probably why I didn't get called. Wonder if they would just cancel and send me and email.

I don't think walk in po will have this kind of issue. Not to mention that some people paid by cash on the spot. So how to cancel and refund? Ask you to return to the shop and get the money back? Or call You and ask for your bank account number so that they can refund you? No way.

Hmm? So you didn't fill in the contact no during the pre-order and they let you submit successfully? That's weird. I thought the contact no is essential when you pre-order. No?

Just lucky, didn't realise also I didn't add phone number but my confirmation email was at 12.02 a.m so could timing also. Now just wait and see.
