Just want to ask sifus here.. i tried to play 4k clips from youtube (i searched '4k 60fps') Why sometimes it plays smoothly then it judders? Does it related to my internet? (Using maxis 30MBps fibre).

For warranty do i need to post back the warranty card? Coz i bought it from shopee (the seller from Pahang)

Not sure yet will be Android 11 or Google TV, but supose to roll out 2nd half of year.
TCL noted for this model to be supported till Android 12.

If you want best deal Shopee is the place to shop. I bought my 55 C716 for RM2933 plus 10% cash back.

V606 should pop up ,as TCL already placed V620 on network (depend of country).

Yea, I just checked and 4K60 videos from YouTube has been fixed from V609 and up.

Hi sifus, I wanna ask how's the picture quality of P8S or P8M vs c716/716? I know one is QLED and one is not. Other than that, how much of a difference between the two in terms of value?

I am on V606 and not experienced any issue for YouTube 4k60 fps, Costa Rica video.

But since I am on Unifi Lite, 10Mbps video will pause before resume.

Thanks for the latest OTA. BTW where did u get all those updates? I tried the TCL Nordic but it show latest until v606 only..

TCL Europe web page only posting offical software.

No difference in V625 firmware itself, latest is just repack/rename with PDF file.

Your TV look straight! Lucky you.

TCL Service told me the bend/curve on my TV likely due to mishandling by owner... Trying to poiint finger at me... They also said if I complained when first got the TV, they can exchange one for me.

But I never mishandling it. I just put the TV on a bed and installed the TV legs. Then, move the TV to the table top (which just next to the bed) with the help of my wife. I wonder just doing that can cause the TV to bend that way?

However, after much explaining over WhatsApp, they agreed to send technician to my house next week to check.

i just updated to v625 via local update... and voila! no more stuttering!! icon_rolleyes.gif rclxm9.gif everything playback smoothly.

No way la; most probably manufacturing defect lor i think. Pls keep us updated boss after the technician came ya nod.gif
