If you went back a few pages. I & other users also had the same issue
Worst is I submitted registration three times in 3 different months, all of them went haywire where the sales service kept asking for the same question again & again even though I've answered them all several times

Then I tried UMobile Fiber, too much hassle where I had to be at the actual install address just to confirm my registration. installation is at my in-laws house, I'm staying in Subang
Mind you, they asked me to go down to Ipoh just for registration confirmation, not an actual installation. What the F?

Finally I tried submitting 1 single registration to ALLO. After a few hours they confirmed my submission through WhatsApp, then they went to my in-laws house in only 3 days to install the Fiber. Boom! Easy peasy

This just proves that it's better & easier to subscribe directly with the team that actually owns the infra instead of dealing with the reseller (DiGi/UMobile or whatever lah)

Currently using Maxis 30 mpbs RM94.35 & Digi 2 postpaid line RM82.68. Do you think worth to change Digi Fiber 300 mpbs?

Are Digi router can connect with Mesh Wifi?

2 postpaid lines, maybe you go digi store to ask them whether can combine 2 lines into 1 main and 1 sub

300mbps need bundle with rm90 postpaid or above then can enjoy discounts

Just to check, if I subscribe to digi’s fibre broadband service, am I able to request for a public ip allocation instead of private?

Are you mention about rebate? If after rebate can get better speed or lower payment I think good too.

If you change to new postpaid 90 (1 line) then after rebate can get 300mbps at 100 per month for 24 months duration

More details can go to digi faq website page

Try key in any random number for Voip and IPTV. Also check the option 802.1Q if available, and set all the lan port to internet.

Why?
They still got a chance 2 year later, unless you signed 2 years contract with them(digi maxis) already, normally you can cut on first month trial, then it will be 23 months of contract.

Not sure.
But saw alot of ppl commenting on digi fb, and digi replied "We are sorry to inform that we have an outage on Fibre service nationwide. Our team is striving to rectify this issue. The approximate time to fix this issue will be 4 hours from now. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.".

No official announcement or notice and lack of transparency here.
