I didn’t know there is such a thing. Never face any outage like this with Maxis Fibre or UniFi Fibre. sweat.gif My IP address can last for months…

This does happened too to Maxis Fiber, but IP address will not change if you have public IP assigned to you.

Yes, mine is public IP and I didn’t notice such a thing. At least I can use it day and night without any interruptions. Plus, I have a lot smart devices connected to the Internet all the time. Luckily no issue. sweat.gif

Hi all, I'm currently on Unifi 30mbps, what should I expect if switch to Digi Fibre 300mbps or 500mbps? I believe it will still be running on the Unifi infrastructure. Anything I shall be aware or take note? Thanks!

What question? Perhaps can do in Digi centre or look for agent to do the switching.

You should try at maxis fiber there.. hahaha..
Their main business still the "mobile" service, but not fiber service..

For them, fiber service is optional only.

Asked digi, since I'm using digi infinite activated before 2021, only can enjoy rebate of total 30/24 months instead the advertised 50/24 months

see how it goes

It's better if you ask at telco talk session

But single NRIC only can redeem once at just ONE telco of your choice. So i assuming you also use Nric of your partner/spouse/family member?

Any the pakej perpaduan have almost same limitations no matter which telco. Its more to matter of coverage in your area, so i strongly suggest big 4 telco (so avoid yes or unifi Mobile at all costs if possible)

Taking to the DiGi Fiber sales is like talking to a lembu.

I wanted to move away from Celcom Fiber and already submitted all the docs but he or she kept saying the Celcom Fiber bil is a mobile phone. Last page for mentioned Fiber but still don't understand.

Damn lembu betul. Slow like sotong also.
