Does any one facing the internet frequently drop off like every 1-2 days?
The Internet indicator on router will show red and reconnect again..

Like happening to me all these while, and digi mention to me this is due to "system refresh" which scheduled to run every 2-3 days...
it sound for me like the internet service is so inconsistent

I believe this is a connection reset which is done every 3 days. This is usually done to ensure connection is suspended for those users do not pay the monthly bill.  I experienced the same thing on maxis fiber (reset every 24hrs) few years ago prior to MCO, but nowadays its roughly once every 2 weeks.

I see, so it's very common for provider to do such reset?
Very bad experience doing it on working hour especially meeting with oversea clients sweat.gif

I'm not alone, what happen?
*
Not sure.
But saw alot of ppl commenting on digi fb, and digi replied "We are sorry to inform that we have an outage on Fibre service nationwide. Our team is striving to rectify this issue. The approximate time to fix this issue will be 4 hours from now. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.".

No official announcement or notice and lack of transparency here.

Wish to know also, good if someone experienced could share here.
My contract also gonna end. If nothing good offered, then probably jump to Time Fibre as new user to enjoy new customer rebate.

Same..

Same, no additional discount.
May I know whoever cancelled the broadband before, just go to digi center and ask for cancellation? the internet will be disabled on that day itself?

What is the penalty for breaking the contract btw? Looking to count if I could breakeven by going to other telco.

500.
U cant break even 1... unless you are saving like RM 20 and above for the new plan.
