I believe this is a connection reset which is done every 3 days. This is usually done to ensure connection is suspended for those users do not pay the monthly bill.  I experienced the same thing on maxis fiber (reset every 24hrs) few years ago prior to MCO, but nowadays its roughly once every 2 weeks.

I'm not alone, what happen?

My contract also gonna end. If nothing good offered, then probably jump to Time Fibre as new user to enjoy new customer rebate.

asked digi staff and digi support about this last week, both gave different answers.

digi staff: oh, u wont get new updated pricing coz only new sign ups only can get those price, yours will remain the same like current rebate.
digi online support: existing users will get new pricing update on their november bill according new pricing and new rebates structure.

What is the penalty for breaking the contract btw? Looking to count if I could breakeven by going to other telco.
