In the end she gave me a form to fill in my name, IC, HP number and take my thumbprint. Then say they will call me later after they find out how to register.
Those who have registered in branch, is that what they require from you as well?
I just came back from Seapark PJ branch and at first the lady also seems clueless and asked me to try first time login. Obviously, it didn't work and showing this error as well: "FAILED TO RETRIEVED RECORD (.B01)". I showed her and she finally understood and asked for my NRIC no., card no. and mobile phone no. Then, she jot down a series of numbers generated from the system and went into the office for 1 minute with my card...

Came out and told me to try again to first time login, then I managed to do it. Registered an account and I can login now but showing 0 credit cards on the dashboard. Like what
cybpsych said it needs one day to refresh the profile, so I don't mind but she showed me from her laptop, 3 credit cards are already visible under my account.
I guess it is fine now for my case. Will wait for it to link all my CCs soon. Old fashioned bank.

She didn't request for my NRIC and take thumb print verification. Seems like no SOP.
