any1 receive call from 03-20285400 after use it on Bigpay / ewallet?
Claim from Affin bank and ask to provide last 4 digit NRIC no for verification. edit: Call Affin cc hotline and confirm that its a valid number from the bank side to verify if the trx is genuine. When i question the cs saying "most of the bank allow change statement date, you confirm cannot change for affin bank?" Then she say that she will confirm with her superior and after that allow me changing the statement date. However, only 2 date allowed to change (14 / 22).
