I wished to collect from branch too but they don't allow.

I thought any branch ma.. Some more during this period where some of us are not working physically in office.
But yeah, old fashioned bank.

New to bank customer need to fill up "Retail Internet Transaction Services" form. Else, you wont be able to have the online banking access.
Some banker can accept the email submission.
If you call to the customer service, they will ask you to walk in branch for the registration

Something is wrong with the postal service at my place. Should have picked collect at branch.

got my card from branch today.. register tac.. and able to create affin online acc... but i dont see my card inside.. do i need to manually add the card?

apparently you need to wait the next day

I having BHP card.

same la, i guess normal mail really unpredictable (lack of SLA perhaps).

my address is KL, near to city centre (and near to 3 Affin branches!)

I can see Affin duo cards listed in Affin Online.
Reversal of annual fee dated 11/9.
No see cards until today

yep. it's the darn delivery .

my other principal just received the Duo today. approval 8 Sep. assigned statement date 16. just called to change statement date.

really speechless.

my approval 7 Sep until now MIA. affin staff asked me to request for replacement of tomorrow still not received.

still waiting my card to reach my house...
saw the card info in my eccris dated 10/9...

17th Today, got my 1st statement and RM80 cashback

Applied on 7th got my cards via snail mail today. Need to go to the branch to register internet banking next. Hopefully can get umbrella as free gift haha

Hi all, first time CC user here. I have the Duo cards and got my statement dated 16th already.

Wanted to ask how I'm supposed to pay the CC bill through maybank2u as I don't have any Affin savings or current account. I don't see Affin listed as a payee in the pay bills section

ur affin card number is the 'account number'

Uze instant transfer funxtion and your 16 digit CC number as account number
