The officer assigned to me seems pretty useless. Keeps making appointments and doesn't get back to me.

My application seems to be taking a very long time.

Not sure if it's rejected because I missed a call from affin the other day.

Mine seems a bit weird. Applied online through the Affin website, they assigned an agent to me. Submitted all the details. Then another agent contacted me and came and took the thumbprint for the EPF statement.

However, when I called to check, there's no status in their system. Messaged the 2nd agent to check and she contacted another person in Affin and that person said application not submitted.

Wondering what happened now. Hope not being scammed.

In my case, seems like they have no record in their system of the application, but they assigned two different officers to follow up. I'm guessing the first one that received my application from the bank website didn't actually submit the forms properly.

Was just told we need to walk-in to counter to create the online account. I think most other banks allow you to register online.

Yeah, called the CS this morning. Still kinda outdated. Oh well, as long as the cashback comes in.

Didn't realised it was capped at 50 already. Just got my CB yesterday and it was only 50.

Yeah, think I didn't account for the RM80 CB and it was at 2985.XX for last month. Dang.
