Please be informed that effective 24 November 2020, 0% Balance Transfer is limited to one application per Existing-To-Bank Cardmember throughout the Campaign Period only. Subsequent Balance Transfer application(s) will be subject to one-time upfront interest/profit rate in accordance to the chosen tenure. I applied for Duo card from a sales person through whatsapp, than after 1 week I call Affin Customer service they said dont have my record, i go back to the whatsapp sales person she say the system sometimess will not update. anyone face the same problem

don't think so..just go to their website and apply...once captured in their system..someone from the bank will contact you and looks like the new way of doing things now is that bank person will come to your house and get your thumbprint and verify IC...then submit online just like that..pretty fast and easy...

3 weeks no record yet. Salesperson said already submitted. 2 days ago told me will follow with HQ. But still no updates received.

If no record in eCCRIS meanig not yet processed or even keyed into their system.

I think they still using traditional wat. Email documents to HQ, and wait any person to handle and keyin manually in the system.
