Nope, was Friday when I submitted to the first agent, over the weekend have 2 contacted me, then this morning another 1. I guess their system just put the online applications there, then agents goes to select the case. But weird is they don't "claim" the case so the others won't contact hmm.

I have made complaint to lazada on this issue, but it seems they will take time to solve this issue. Alternatively, you can add your affin card through making payment at lazada, if you got nothing to buy, you can join RM1111 lazada wallet voucher contest by paying RM1, they will refund to you if you aren't selected. After this, you should able to see your added affin card and can use it for topup

From start i say i wan apply duo with signature
But the guy insist want me apply duo first
And apply signature after 2 month
Now i waiting for card collection
And thinking could i just apply add signature at branch , will first year af get waiver ?

No issue to apply VS and duo together. I got mine approved together

Affin seriously wants to evolute wor. I submit my application on 12 Oct last month.

Until now not yet captured in the Affin system. Few times follow up with my salesperson, want to give him a chance, don't want to make any report to HQ, later the salesperson kena.

One month already, still told me pending. Until today decided to seek help from HQ. Email just wrote 9.30 this morning. 12pm got a call from Affin HQ already.

2 Nov - Follow up again, no news, will update me once get update from HQ

10 Nov
- Email sent to HQ. The salesperson call and told me he submitted at end of Oct.
- HQ ask the salesperson before contacting me, said the application submitted on 2 Nov (I WhatsApp him on 2/11)

If 2/11/2020 is submitted into the system, the system in HQ should have record.
So does eCCRIS.

I got rejected on Sept. That time high outstanding. Not I clear all outstanding already. Receive the second call from the same HQ person. Told me about '6months' things and offer to pledge FD.

How to pledge FD? need to walk-in?
