Hi all sifu

I recently bought s24u and this is my first 5g phone which means i never use 5g b4 this

So i went to digi got my esim set up on my s24u

Connecting to 4g+ is fast and good which i dun mind since i always use 4g.

But then i got curious and wanted to see 5g powar but never seem to get it i use nperf to see which area got 5g coverage and go to that area switch on aeroplane mode on and off a couple of time make sure will auto select 5g if avalable is selected but no matter what i do always only 4g+

Then i google and discover that since im on "mi digi postpaid basic 35  high speed" as stated in my mydigi app

i need to purchase more to access 5g so i went to mydigi app and see what are my option and see that the only usable one is "500gb 5g+4g rm8 and only for 4days!!!!!!

Does that means if i buy this for rm8 i will hav access to 5g for only 4days lol

Tq in advanced for ur help.

That’s also why I still keep 3 lines on digi prepaid 5g. RM25 for 40GB.

Hahaha, 5g free access for all is just a dream. For some telco like celcom digi, they don't bother giving you 5g if you stay on old legacy plan. Even new plan gives you 5g capped at 100mbps which 4g can achieve more than that speed.

Yes, you can consider switching as there is no significan benefit, unless you are on more expensive plan which offers roaming perks. RM25 gives you 40gb which is more data than your current plan.

Those 3 lines were formerly on digi postpaid 40.

I went to a Digi Center to change them all to prepaid. Took me 10 mins.

Thanks. I got it. They credit the bonuses after some time. But these bonuses will end on 30th June, right? 24GB free hotspot is a lot tbh. Two remaining months of bonuses.. biggrin.gif

I think so. Worst case is that it ends after 30/6. I guess also possible that it'll continue for those who subscribed before 30/6. 2 more mths to find out.

Free instant credit RM3* no more as per above. Stated last day was 30/4.

Free RM3* (& validity & data) as per BoS "Reload & Earn Extra Rewards!" banner still available but it’s given 2 days after the reload and is valid for 3 days. So have to time it to coincide with monthly renewal.
(I can't find a TnC/FAQ page for this.)

*for RM30 topup

Are there any difference for roaming?
Still same rm98 for 30 days?

The data can hotspot?

How to disable Voicemail for CD5G Kuning?

I already tried *128*3*2# then 1 to confirm Voicemail Deactivation.

Did this yesterday but no SMS received and voicemail still active.

I am a digi user with 4 sublines. i was out of contract on 30 apr and trying to port out to digi.

I have no outstanding and only hav a current bill of RM 190. even if I pay, no outstanding (zero)

all 5 lines port out and acknowledged by DIGI. but still rejected.

does that mean pay the current bill ?

the reason for reject "TEST HOTBILL TIMER OVERDUE"

I had the same issue a few days ago. That number can’t be used, there’s a bug. I used the Digi app to get the CS service to do it.

Edited: I also tried *100# it also doesn’t work. No SMS received too.
