any different between Digi postpaid 40 and Celcomdigi 40 5g SE?

Basically speed limitation and 5G enable auto or manual

Digi Postpaid 40 - no speed cap on 5G but you need to always enable 5G manually from add-on each month at least for now (unless they upgrade their system)

Celcomdigi 40 5SSE - essential speed which capped at 100mbps

From my app I don’t see any bonuses for reloading. A few days ago I received a SMS asking me to reload by a certain date to receive bonuses. It did occur to me is Digi discontinuing the 10% reload bonus.

Seriously I need to checkout Hotlink plans because my wife tells me she receives extra credits for each reload promo. The credit has no validity restrictions unlike Digi. I am considering whether I should port back to Hotlink.

Digi wants to make back the money with the cheaper 5G Kuning.

No "always active" will only be a problem depending on usage pattern/ habits.

Could just synchronize the top-up and internet pass (the type with unlimited calls) - e.g. top up RM30 (get 30 days validity) and immediately use that RM30 to buy/ supplement internet pass purchase (which mostly are also 30-day passes).

what about if the plan u want to buy is less than rm30 perhaps rm15?

Nothing to lose actually. The extra unused RM15 is still yours as part of the credit pool. Of course it will build up over time but you can use it on other things - pay Play Store purchases, pay YouTube Premium (my case).

Can even "sell" to other H users/ numbers at RM0.50 premium aje. Also can be used for vouchers/ discounted f&b.

Last I checked, telco H's 30-day passes minimum is RM20.

So it is true that dependent on each user's usage pattern/ habit.

I realised that Hotlink have always active feature, in March 2024 I subscribed to RM20 monthly internet plan with my credit RM30 which was due to expired in 2 days, after successfully subscribed to RM20 monthly internet plan, the credit validity extended to another 30 days, coincide with the monthly internet plan validity.

I reloaded RM30 twice. Both times no extra RM3. Numbers are CD5G Prepaid and Prepaid Live. Both have the BoS "Reload Now to Unlock More Rewards" banner but not the "+RM3" next to the RM30 reload amount in the Reload page. Looks like it's gone.

As for Hotlink, it doesn't have a time limit on the extra RM. It just adds to the main balance. Quite good but it's not available all the time so have to keep checking the app. So far this year, for 2 numbers.

Just top up today. No more bonus credit. Bought the monthly pass RM25 for the Edisi Kuning. It only shows 30GB and 6GB hotspot. May I know where is the bonus 10GB and hotspot data? Is it no longer available?

I think still got. Wait a bit. My 10GB came after 30 mins. The 24GB after 2 hours baru got the SMS.

Saw mydigi app got BoS offering new celcomdigi 5g kuning with 30gb quota+6gb hotspot+RM5 rebate monthly...it differs from website package which is 40gb+6gb...anyone has simillar BoS offer and subscribed? Want to confirm if it will be 40gb+6gb as well or just 30gn+6gb due to RM5 rebate..

Thanks. I got it. They credit the bonuses after some time. But these bonuses will end on 30th June, right? 24GB free hotspot is a lot tbh. Two remaining months of bonuses..

Hi all sifu

I recently bought s24u and this is my first 5g phone which means i never use 5g b4 this

So i went to digi got my esim set up on my s24u

Connecting to 4g+ is fast and good which i dun mind since i always use 4g.

But then i got curious and wanted to see 5g powar but never seem to get it i use nperf to see which area got 5g coverage and go to that area switch on aeroplane mode on and off a couple of time make sure will auto select 5g if avalable is selected but no matter what i do always only 4g+

Then i google and discover that since im on "mi digi postpaid basic 35 high speed" as stated in my mydigi app

i need to purchase more to access 5g so i went to mydigi app and see what are my option and see that the only usable one is "500gb 5g+4g rm8 and only for 4days!!!!!!

Does that means if i buy this for rm8 i will hav access to 5g for only 4days lol
