Do we have to always buy the 5G add on every month? Although the add-on is free but I found out that I need to add-on the 5G manually every month.

Let me understand you correctly. If you have current rm190 unpaid bill, then it is outstanding. You should pay that 190 and resubmit port out request.
Also try to check with Digi if you can port out main+sup line, or need to decouple all and port out.

That means I have to drop by Digi centre? I felt so cheated signing up with Digi. Digi just make my life miserables

Thanks, I raised a support ticket in-app yesterday evening. This morning got the voicemail deactivation SMS and ticket was closed but, tested a min ago, voicemail is still active. doh.gif

Last time, maybe 10yrs ago, I ported 2 lines from Maxis to Digi. I went to Digi to request the port-in then walked over to Maxis to pay off anything & everything. At that time both had shops in Pavilion.

hi guys, any way to redeem loyalty bonus other than USSD code ?

I am at some area with no 2G service, only 4G. There is no way for me to redeem it. even with voWifi

I am a Digi Prepaid user under the Best 2017 plan.

I found out they have deactivated the 365-day Super Long Life (RM38) option in the validity extension

Should I change plan to below after my validity period expires in Nov 2024?

I rarely make calls or use the internet.

Mine is a Digi 4G nano SIM card.

5.5 sales Digi SLL at RM54.00 is on now for your information. One of my other line I switched to SLLRm54 because I don’t have the SLL RM38.

Is this SLL RM54 applicable for my Best 2017 old plan?

I thought only applicable for Raja Kombo plan?

Anyhow my current credit balance of RM44 is not sufficient to activate the RM54 SLL validity select in the mobile app

OK, my plan is included in the 5.5 sale.

But it doesn't make sense for me to subscribe now because the new expiration date will be 6 May 2025, just 6 months away from my current expiration date.

I will see what is on offer when Nov 2024 approaches.

You port out from Digi to what telco? Any SMS from Digi that you missed during the port out process?
