Do we have to always buy the 5G add on every month? Although the add-on is free but I found out that I need to add-on the 5G manually every month.

I am at some area with no 2G service, only 4G. There is no way for me to redeem it. even with voWifi |

I am a Digi Prepaid user under the Best 2017 plan. I found out they have deactivated the 365-day Super Long Life (RM38) option in the validity extension Should I change plan to below after my validity period expires in Nov 2024? I rarely make calls or use the internet. Mine is a Digi 4G nano SIM card. ![]() |

OK, my plan is included in the 5.5 sale. But it doesn't make sense for me to subscribe now because the new expiration date will be 6 May 2025, just 6 months away from my current expiration date. I will see what is on offer when Nov 2024 approaches. |
