QUOTE(funnyTONE @ Feb 6 2024, 01:34 PM) From what I understand, this package is made by their fibre team, so you sorta need to register your interest with digi/celcom and later their fibre team will call you back. That is what they meant by selective registration. But its just not true. Any Digi Store Express can do it for you, but the staff need to know the step-by-step process since it will cross between their postpaid team and fibre team. It took me 24 days to get mine registered (Celcom). I m a current Digi user with P90 (RM 90) per month with contract until 1 May 2024. i have 4 sup line (RM40x1, RM 30x1, RM20x2) and a Maxis Fiber 30Mbsp @ RM 59/month. total about RM 259 without tax. Dont inquire about the 201. That one actually includes rm1 phone. The easiest is just ask for the 260 plan, but making sure that all the rebates is applied: - $50 lifetime rebate for existing digi customer -$139 lifetime rebate for existing 300Mbps fibre (making it free) - 50% discount on family supplement lines (but you must convert this to 5g family line along with principal line) how can I know if this 201 plan will help me ? where can I get the full terms and conditions and am i eligible even under contract until may ? why would the telco beating around the bush with plans, and die die want customers to go to centre wasting each other times. there is a lot of hidden agenda and fees trapping end users. at the end, it is not cheap after all. more often than not, after signing out, then only to find the fees here and there.
all telcos operate the same, no transparency. |

I m currently on the CD P90 with 4 sublines paying through my nose.
I came across Maxis hotlink offering RM35 with 60GB data for 6 months (RM 45 after that) as compared to CD RM 40 for 60GB. since I need 5 lines for my family, i believe this Maxis deal is the best. on month 7, just port out ? is there better deal somewhere ? I am a digi user with 4 sublines. i was out of contract on 30 apr and trying to port out to digi.
I have no outstanding and only hav a current bill of RM 190. even if I pay, no outstanding (zero) all 5 lines port out and acknowledged by DIGI. but still rejected. does that mean pay the current bill ? the reason for reject "TEST HOTBILL TIMER OVERDUE" This post has been edited by ccschua: May 4 2024, 03:15 PM |

after complaining to MCMC, finally only after 3 days, DIGI responded to MCMC.
the episode i learn here, when u want to port out from DIGI, make a complain to MCMC. lesson learnt : never ever join DIGI, no matter how good the offer it gives. i was still rejected when I try to port out even though paying all the standing, still rejected. then suddenly the line cut off. and I switch to MAXIS. had I not complained, well DIGI will just keep on reject. and what else can u do ? |
