hmm.gif Does digi even check their mcmc report? Mine already show as new for more than a week with no progress

Well the case is still open,, just no one did anything with the status saying that it’s new

I got that when I complained to digi,, reported to mcmc but so far no response from digi regarding the complaint... they have 1 more working day to respond( Mcmc SOP 15 working days )

Wifi calling isn't working for me, anyone's wifi calling working yet?

Just wondering, does digi charge for the following?
1. Switch from physical to esim
2. Replace esim with another esim(eg: after accidentally deleted the profile/ switch to a new phone)
