Hey there, I am not affiliated with Digi in any way so I can’t directly address your queries. Their official channels are through FB,twitter, their live chat and calling them.

As for question 1, I feel that itself is beyond the control of Digi…

For question 2&3, I’m not well versed in these topics and would let the others answer it for u. FYI, Mysejarahtera works without internet IIRC.

I though TS is digi representative.
Mysejarahtera sometimes require internet to access your info.Who knows some police suddenly ask you open the apps and check your info vaccination history ?

Hi, is it vo-wifi need to be activated by telco ? I got a samsung s 8 with Digi currently, they told me might need telco to activate it and i can't find vowifi in setting tho

I called Digi CS and asked them to enable voLTE. This also automatically enables voWIFI, i think.

Anyone has issues with digi keep disabling your VOLTE? This is my third time requesting digi to reactivate the VOLTE. Seriously annoying.

My information was leaked in a hack, so I pay all bills for old Digi account and close my old Digi account.

Now I receive email saying my old Digi account is suspended for failure to pay bills and I need to pay bill for old Digi account. If I already pay and close old account why I still need to pay? Also if I close the account why is it suspended?

My personal information was leaked. Is this a scam (use my leaked information to scam my money), or a bug in Digi system (they fail to check that I already close account, still send email telling me to pay)?

Where did you terminate your account? at a proper Digi center? Usually there is still a final prorated bill that you need to pay after that. Just go to Digi center to settle it.

I go Digi bukit bintang to close account. Staff didn't tell me there is a final bill. They should tell everything when I close, not tell half then send email to tell me the other half.

can you share the email header? first, we need to know the email is legit from digi or not.

btw digi and maxis will email last bill 1 month after postpaid termination. for celcom you can always check in celcom ocs.

Try speaking with Digi CS.

I kena similar issue before with Maxis and Redone. Last prorated bill not settled and i couldn't do it online.

I see. Last prorated bill usually come and you can settle it at Digi center. Same goes to other operator, except for your case the staff didn't inform you.

I previously did this. Reestart phone, factory reset phone did a lot of things. Then suddenly it strikes me to check the digi app for volte function. Buka app see, volte function missing. Then had to ask CS to reactivate. Troublesome.

Why don't you try this for now.

1. disable volte in your phone.

2. disable volte subscription through mydigi app.

go with it for few days to make sure it sticks in digi system.

3. elre-enable in mydigi app.

wait for few more days.

4. re-enable it in you phone.
