So I'm on Digi Prepaid Next plan, from the Digi App internet On Demand options, there's things like 1GB 1 hour rm1, unlimited 1 hour rm1 etc.

So I tried the unlimited 1 hour rm1, turns out capped speed of 3mbps. My question is what about the rm8 daily unlimited? Is it capped speed as well or like years ago, only come with 20GB quota?

EDIT: I decided to buy the rm8 Unlimited "High Speed"
well the same fking 3mbps capped speed for rm8? wtf can digi at least give 8mbps? previous 20GB quota with unlimited speed is better to download things fast, with 3mbps, quota seems "unlimited" but by calculation theoretical 24hours nonstop download only nets around 32GB of data. Even unifi mobile charges rm3 per day with speed up to 8mbps... I thought at least can get full speed but with 20GB to finish download some of my thigns fast, really wtf

even Maxis give full 1 hour 60mbps speed unlimited quota for rm1, but have to leave maxis because their 4G system bugged in my place.

rm8 is only for 20gb no speed capped but the last time i subscribe is last year but im using digi live ....

even the rm2 for 10gb for 7am-1pm or 1am-7am also no speed capped, just try yesterday ...

for digi next, rm8 is 3mbps no quota, rm2 for 7am-1pm and 1am-7am changed to 5GB no speed cap.

I received a Free MyDigi Rewards Credit RM5.00, but when my BigBonus28 renew yesterday, it only utilised the RM3 bonus that I got from reload, but not the RM5.00, so how do I utilised this RM5.00?

Is Digi's system maintenance now? I can't see plan data usage balance. Or just happened only to me?

Because my digi prepaid and digi postpaid58 both can't see the plan data's usage, no matter in computer browser and phone browser,  usage section there is nothing(refer pic attachment).

while in MyDigi app all usage keep remain same(4.5MB/500MB since today morning) and no update no matter how many MB I used.

well, this is how i get back my very first number, but its was maxis that help,
at the beginning they said its not possible to just selected number,
but because my friend its loyal to maxis more than 15 years,
so my friend help me ask for favor to get back that number under his subline,
and voila i get back my number from postpaid to prepaid, and change under my name

I would expect there will be 2 statements? And charge service fee RM5.75 per statement? Now since combine statement under my name, it only charge once.
