Thank you!! Actually I wanted to use 3G to save data because my area DiGi 4G is 150mbps +++ so I accidentally used 10gb a day for my hotspot as every was defaulting to 4K on tether when Unifi was temporarily down

Just weird that 3G was fast but had frequent disconnections compared to the 4G network

i received and sms offer to upgrade from current bigbonus28 (4GB) to 7GB.

ANybody know how long this offer will be valid ?

I just top up and have free credit. But just checked the T&C, any change of plan will have this free credit being forfeited. I am thinking of waiting the free credit to be consumes by bigbonus plan renewal this month and only switch plan on next month.

i saw digi reload via apps RM30 can get free credit RM3 , the free credit can use as part of RM35 for my NEXT35 purchase? any idea

Ant advantage to having an Ambassador plan - postpaid?

These days no longer attractive unless you are having Ambassador 0 which has zero access fees then it’s good. I’m still having that plan. It’s no longer offered years ago.

These days many postpaid plans are better than the Ambassador Plan.

How come cant port in online? In digi website?

Can port in online, but has to pay first,

How does this plan work? Is it evey one month refresh new data for every month within 4 month?

Hi. Is anyone having issue with digi customer service? I tried callijg them but no one answer, fb also no reply, even on forum my post is being ignored. So bad.

To contact Digi you has to call, Twitter response is hit or miss, if non emergency, you can try email, with they will response.

@judehow for Next bundle, even you see it is auto renew in MyDogi it is not auto renew

Basically, you pay in advance and get rewarded with extra data.

Normal Next 15 = you pay RM15 month to month, you only get 3GB. So, 3 months (RM45) you get 9GB (3GB/month).

Bundle means you pay RM45 in one go/ advance, you get (3GB + 500MB)/ month x 3 months = 10.5 GB.

so annoying..
