jack2001I have some urgent question here. 1. Handphone shop are close and not label as service ? how does those elderly going to top up or fix their phone is spoil ? 2. Free 1GB daily data still work after 6pm ? Some elderly will take away food at 7pm but if 6pm cannot use data , how to scan my sejahtera ? This question may be ask before buy I forgot. 3. Does Digi have any Online pay per use data ? let say at 7pm really no free 1gb data , can use digi pay per use ? Some of elderly use old package of digi v1-4 with rm38 1 year. Anyone know if the digi prepaid Grace Period (R1) if i active 1 days RM1 validaty , will it count as reload ? example , if at the middle of 45 days , i active 1 day rm1 , will it get extend another 90 days ? https://help.digi.com.my/en/support/solutio...gi-prepaid-nextthanks

Anyone know what is the charges to call 0162211800 help line by pressing 4 customer service ? I worry waiting time > 15 minutes music wanting tune no one pick up and expensive charge per minutes.
Does it still have different charge rate am and pm for help line ?
