QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ Jun 2 2021, 07:21 PM) Why don't you try this for now. Some features are not recommended to be deactivated by user manually as they are not going to be re-activated by user.1. disable volte in your phone. 2. disable volte subscription through mydigi app. go with it for few days to make sure it sticks in digi system. 3. elre-enable in mydigi app. wait for few more days. 4. re-enable it in you phone. ![]() |

I contacted customer service, they say my POco X3 Pro is not supported but I've been using it before they previously deactivate it for no apparent reason. I always put my phone on airplane and receive calls via vowifi. Without volte supported, u can't use vowifi. Today when I reactivate, she says since I can use it though it's not in the list of supported devices, she told me to monitor and if got issue, to report again. 1. disable volte in your phone. 2. disable volte subscription through mydigi app. go with it for few days to make sure it sticks in digi system. 3. elre-enable in mydigi app. wait for few more days. 4. re-enable it in you phone. ![]() QUOTE(kmrdeva @ Jun 2 2021, 06:51 PM) POco x3 Pro. |

I never told the Digi CS folks that I have oneplus phones. Just said my phones were all Samsung. JLA liked this post

Another angle for you to look into.POco x3 Pro. My Mate 20 2nd SIM digi all the while have volte capable and checkbox option. 1st SIM on Maxis however get the same volte checkbox only after recent firmware update. (i now ticked on volte for both sims) |

Good morning guys.
I was thinking if I purchase the add on internet (Cili Padi 1 Hour Unlimited High Speed All Usage Internet), can I then enable the hotspot for multiple device use? Has anyone tried that before? |

So I'm on Digi Prepaid Next plan, from the Digi App internet On Demand options, there's things like 1GB 1 hour rm1, unlimited 1 hour rm1 etc.
So I tried the unlimited 1 hour rm1, turns out capped speed of 3mbps. My question is what about the rm8 daily unlimited? Is it capped speed as well or like years ago, only come with 20GB quota? EDIT: I decided to buy the rm8 Unlimited "High Speed" well the same fking 3mbps capped speed for rm8? wtf can digi at least give 8mbps? previous 20GB quota with unlimited speed is better to download things fast, with 3mbps, quota seems "unlimited" but by calculation theoretical 24hours nonstop download only nets around 32GB of data. Even unifi mobile charges rm3 per day with speed up to 8mbps... I thought at least can get full speed but with 20GB to finish download some of my thigns fast, really wtf even Maxis give full 1 hour 60mbps speed unlimited quota for rm1, but have to leave maxis because their 4G system bugged in my place. I once subscribed to the free 1 hour unlimited data, it can’t be use for hotspot. I only use Next for my house WiFi. The worst part is for the one hour no one could use the WiFi. The message said no internet. I now avoid all those unlimited data in the app.So I tried the unlimited 1 hour rm1, turns out capped speed of 3mbps. My question is what about the rm8 daily unlimited?
