already 2-3 days passed, but my Box of Surprise never appear again after switch plan to NEXT prepaid.

so I'm the most unlucky ppl to get both USSD and APP bug, lol

email already done through APP, no reply yet
write in digi community, no staff respond
write in FB post, no respond too
nothing can do already

no need la, call hotline just to get back Box of Surprise ... LOL

solution given:-
1) technician say ppl need to uninstall and reinstall mydigi app to get it back normal
2) BoS have being simplified under other options and not *128*88#, I try to check where BoS hide
still can't find any BoS inside USSD and APP, LOL

totally useless advise, I think BoS got bug but they say no .........

wow, look interesting 1 day unlimited internet nice to be done on Sunday for watching video
too bad my BoS still remaining invisible ........

look like NEXT prepaid will be limited from BoS
USSD also very less menu lists .
A VERY LIMITED DiGi NEXT prepaid .....LOL

they say currently no BoS offer for me..... like that menu will disappear?
also look like no more BoS menu in USSD, simplified. not sure only for NEXT prepaid only or everyone

I have a question regarding Live prepaid.
anyone know for the 2.5GB weekly free video, can hotspot of another phone use too?
Example the use of youtube APP of phone joining the hotspot using wifi?

I would like to start with some weekly RM1 reload to fully utilise the free internet & video quota.
maybe after accumulating more reload credit only start burn RM1 credit to get validity extension

If lucky enough to get RM1 unlimited internet faster, then why to burn credit so early?

Digi prepaid LiVE MNP status

Bad news is talktime advance and extend not available for me.
I saw talktime extend available in my Next prepaid.
So, live plan no talktime extend? or mnp different?

Good news is got BoS in USSD menu 88 , even though still empty. Unlike my Next prepaid BoS disappear from USSD.

myabe you need to restart phone test?

ya, maybe your network connection problem, or you forced to 4G and USSD will fail if 4G unstable
