a bad 'Prihatin' that forced ppl to use more, double or triple of their normal usage

No need to test anymore. It already state that only RM30 and above plan can use Prihatin. But if you have another number with other telco maybe you can try to find out if their Prihatin offer suits yu.

I test because of Digi different info, wrong info at different place in official website
the first time apply can see that RM15 was on suggested list

I saw the same thing when checking for eligibility. Was thinking DiGi is so nice, free Next 15 for one year. Anyway didn't apply for that. Went for el-cheapo YES phone instead.

I tot one mobile company is offering free samsung A?? phone.

I look at the FAQ which states only R30 plan and above that's why. Lazy go read the terms though.

I dunno. I see all gotta commit to monthly plan. YES is the only one with no commitments. This is for RM180 JPrit not the RM300 one.

I did read your statement. Well Digi is known to post first and then change later it seems. Had a similar experience once when I saw Digi fibre being offer for RM90 100mbps. I quickly sign up and then they called and tell me it's wrong plan shown on the website and they have corrected it.

Digi refused to investigate or provide any explanation. They keep harping that I need to get a postpaid number which I'm not interested at all.

Had to lodge a complaint with MCMC.

reload RM15 and you can go buy RM30 internet plan
or you can reload RM20 to buy RM35 Next internet plan

Hello! When I’m using hotspot on DiGi 3G for Netflix streaming, every like 10-20 minutes the data will just stop working and I need to turn it on and off again for the 3G data to start back

Speeds are okay before the data disconnects

Anybody notice this issue before?

3G still loads stuff these days? My 3G never works and extremely slow.
Try switching to at least 4G? I have no issue with data tethering been using it in my router for 4 years.
