Postpaid 25 for RM25? "New sim card" means another number?

If you have purchased the NEXT35 Add-on and validity of it is beyond 31st January 2021, surely they will just let you continue untill the expiry of its 30 days.

If really not offered anymore, you will not see the "NEXT35" add-on on 01st February 2021 onwards.

Will consider moving back to Unifi Bebas RM35.00 unlimited if that's the case.

Funny right sometimes Digi... Their prepaid is/ has always been better value than postpaid.

But also bear in mind Next 35 is "time limited offer". Someone said will end as soon as March 2021.

But why ported from Hotlink to Digi to begin with?

Surely there must be something from Digi more attractive than Hotlink?

So.... you get some you lose some. Applicable to all telcos.

Uhhu... Next 35 and Next 30 add-ons reduced by 10GB and 5GB respectively.





New Next 45 add-on introduced instead for 40GB.

Next 30 no unlimited calls.

Basically, you pay in advance and get rewarded with extra data.

Normal Next 15 = you pay RM15 month to month, you only get 3GB. So, 3 months (RM45) you get 9GB (3GB/month).

Bundle means you pay RM45 in one go/ advance, you get (3GB + 500MB)/ month x 3 months = 10.5 GB.

Does anyone encounter this with Digi's internet add-on: -

Let's say you bought an add-on and in MyDigi it shows the add-on still has "1 day 6 hours" validity at 6.00pm. But next day you check again (say at 1:00 am), the add-on already ended and even removed from your list of remaining balance in MyDigi. Should not it still have 24 hours?

Happened all the time (for every time I remembered to check to renew my 30-day add-ons).

Has anyone been able to renew Next 22? Haven't seen it on BoS ever since the free RM5.00 credit for it unclaimed and expired. A one hit wonder it seems.

What's Digi customer service response?

Is Digi Next 15 now on promo?

For the past 2 renewals/ purchases I made for Next 15, the quota given was 6GB instead of the usual 3GB advertised. And in addition, was also given 2GB loyalty bonus for each renewal/ purchase 👍

Not everyone needs 1GB data every 1 hour, though. Based on your Rule of Thumb (1GB for RM1), I can only see RM1 for 1GB for 1 hour option in Next Prepaid.

So it depends on personal budget and usage patterns.

That also depends on where you are - coverage issue of that area outside Digi. I am on the other side of the sea and the combination of network quality here, coverage, plans on offer and personal usage pattern mean Digi is the one that tick the correct boxes.

Existing Prepaid Next (activated before 01/03/2022) will also be charged new call rate RM0.15/ min (effective 01/03/2022).

Digi will be introducing Call Add-Ons of RM5.00/ 60 mins and RM10.00/ unlimited calls.

Oh well, still cheaper than other telcos.

According to CS, the 1GB is extra quota for hotspot. The base 6GB is still hotspot-able. Never heard of Malaysian telco charge for hotspot even for fixed quota purchased.

The TnCs are not fully out yet...

I only asked for Next 15. The replies were:

- if only Next 15 (one time purchase) - only 6GB base quota and hotspot-able;
- only for Next 15 (auto-renewal) will get 6GB (also hotspot-able), extra 1GB (hotspot-only) and unlimited social.

And it is confirmed call rate is increased to RM0.15/min - but this is still cheaper than other pay-per-use call rate of other telcos.

Wait for the TnCs to be updated and release of more Add-Ons.

Yes based on CS reply. In MyDigi app, can also see the difference of what's included under Next 15 (one time) and Next 15 (auto renewal).

No confirmation which will be utilised first.

But at 6GB base for RM15 and few GBs loyalty bonus, it is very good deal. I am already having total 8GB (6 base + 2 loyalty) per renewal of Next 15 which I cannot finish.

It is under "Buy Add-Ons" then "Booster".

Not sure why called Booster. It could just be an Add-on for those without unlimited call bundled Next data plans or want cheaper call rate than the standard 15 sen/ minute.
