I have RM 1 unlimited BoS for one of my prepaid no., I have activated it and plan to use it for few days when I’m in KL... I plan to deactivate it later when I leave KL, how can I do it? I don’t see any deactivation button.

QUOTE(ckimsem @ Dec 18 2020, 07:49 AM) You could only suspend it for insufficient credit. You may or may not be able to subscribe again after deactivation. QUOTE(tympg @ Dec 18 2020, 09:12 AM) I know for my biGBonus add-on I can unsubscribe by USSD
Not sure about that unlimited add-on. QUOTE(kit2 @ Dec 18 2020, 10:04 AM) QUOTE(dgboy @ Dec 18 2020, 11:45 AM) There's a toggle in MyDigi app under Subscriptions though whether or how it works I don't know. Otherwise you have to keep your credit balance below RM1 to suspend. QUOTE(saitong09 @ Dec 18 2020, 12:05 PM) Mydigi apps --> setting --> My subscriptions --> Unsubscribe Daily (Unlimited) rm1 Thanks all for the kind replies. Yeah, it’s under my subscription. I thought it is capped to 3Mbps but somehow I got full speed late midnight. Now I just activated free 1GB for 7 days so definitely on full speed. Let me try again after it’s finished.Once deactivated, you have to wait for the BOS again if you want the rm1 unlimited. |

QUOTE(odin140 @ Feb 5 2021, 03:57 PM) What's the highest known credit limit for a Digi Postpaid account? I was told that I can increase 200 every month. But is there a ceiling limit to it? Mine is RM 1.4k but why do you need so high limit? Credit limit is for usage and not for users to owe (not same as credit card concept). |

QUOTE(odin140 @ Feb 5 2021, 05:48 PM) I see you are here too! definitely agree with that. I don't sleep well at night knowing i'm in debt of something uncessary. I'm always in telco section. Phone bill is covered by my employer. kenny rogers, manhattan fish market, burger king etc every month. On top of that, subscription to streaming services, etc. all charge under phone bill. Then another company(family owned) can write off telco expenses as well. I see. My phone bill is paid directly by employer, no chance to see the bill at all. But then, the limit is assigned based on your package. I'm using PhoneFreedom 365 RM 190 plan, I used to have only RM 400 limit when using Digi Infinite 150. |

QUOTE(scoop7 @ Feb 5 2021, 10:15 PM) Yes. It was down at around 3.30 pm and I called to CS to check, she told me all towers in Seremban 2 were down. However, network came back at around 6.00 p.m. I’m at Rasah Kemayan and my second sister at Garden City Homes also got back her network at the same time (I assumed because I managed to call at around that time). QUOTE(ckimsem @ Feb 16 2021, 11:05 AM) Nope, Digi higher-tier plans bundles with 1000 SMS, and mid-tiers are 300. Since when Shopee verification SMS has charges, this is abnormal.I'm simply replying to MystiqueLife. Well, I don't use SMS, but in rare instance like Shoppee verification (although incoming), I'm getting charged for it. So, having a few SMSes could avoid such charges though it's not much. |

QUOTE(ckimsem @ Feb 16 2021, 02:26 PM) Not the OTP verification from bank when you’re making payment. I know. No charges for that login verification as well. Been doing that last month.I meant the Shoppee login one, and it’s not 100% getting charged though. My credit deducted (prepaid plan) after getting the login OTP to Shoppee with Hotlink (15cents) and Unifi Mobile (10cents) on different accounts (not active anymore now). |

QUOTE(ckimsem @ Feb 16 2021, 04:16 PM) I might be mistaken, it could be the login OTP from WeChat actually, also incoming one. I don't recall WeChat login has charges too but then again my WeChat account is tied to my China no. and no charges to that no. Nvm la and forget it since it's OT, back to Digi's, Let's others share their experience too. |

Luckily I still have PhoneFreedom365 190 plan that gives 2x100GB data so it is 200GB data.

QUOTE(alexleow81 @ Feb 28 2021, 10:59 PM) Anyone try e-sim with Digi? How's the process? You need to go to Digi Centre to get it, they told me the QR code will expire after some time and I couldn't get it via email. My biggest concern: If I change phone or my phone rosak, I still need to go back to center to get back the QR Code? Some of the providers just send the e-mail to customers to re-scan the QR Code. What you thoughts? Well, it is my first time using since Nov 2020, so I cannot say much yet until I change a new phone next time. |

KUALA LUMPUR (April 8): Celcom Axiata Bhd, a unit of Axiata Group Bhd, is merging with Digi.Com Bhd to create the biggest mobile service provider in Malaysia, according to sources familiar with the telcos.
This time round it is the merger of the operations in Malaysia, unlike the previous mega-merger plan that Axiata and Digi.Com’s parent Telenor had previously tried to merge the operations in Asia region. https://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/celc...com-say-sources It seems real this time, press con will be held this afternoon. |

QUOTE(jack2001 @ Apr 8 2021, 11:21 AM) Maybe. Otherwise they won't announce.QUOTE(Oltromen Ripot @ Apr 8 2021, 11:29 AM) I fret at that news. Celcom is never generous when it comes to pricing. Well, technically Infinite 150 is no longer exists.I can already imagine the merged entity will revoke Infinite150 to be Limited150. |

No worries, by reading it seems Digi is the one with bigger shareholder and not Celcom.
