If you have 2 or more telco, you need to decide on which telco to claim Jaringan Prihatin benefits. Once you claimed Bantuan Jaringan Prihatin on Digi for example, you can't use it on another telco

Update: Digi slowpoke la. Their reason: Anda tidak layak untuk program Jaringan Prihatin kerana Kad Pengenalan anda tidak didaftar dengan Kementerian Kewangan Malaysia (MoF).

i'm b40 couldn't afford this medium price subscription..
normally buy rm15 unlimited utube + 6gb add-on..
then 1gb late nite free..
not even use 1gb productivity free..

i personally think gomen throw so much money for this campaign..

This discriminates users who are currently on monthly Big Bonus 28 plan or Next 15 plan (paying lesser than RM30/mth). Other telcos also have similar restrictions too.


Currently have more than 60GB of rollover data (Bigbonus 28 5+2gb with unlimited calls) on the number that I wish to redeem.
My data usage is mainly on the 2GB part of the plan (sometimes on the main data bucket), Bigbonus daily 1Gb and also the free 2.5Gb/week Prepaid live data.
Might consider for other deals.

Digi differentiate voicemail intondomestic and when roaming!?

I am getting that voicemail notification ever since I change new sim card. Someone previously suggest to put the sim into any Android phone, then leave a voicemail and then delete the voicemail before swapping the sim back into iPhone. I don't have any Android phone to try.

It's not about enable or disable voicemail. It's something like a bug that happens on Digi with iPhone virtual voicemail.

I have 2 Prepaid Live numbers that got terminated before 90 days grace is up.

I lost the first number late last month and thought it was my own mistake, so I didn't bother to investigate further.

Today, I lost another Live number with lots of credit balance in it.

Back in Feb, I changed plan from Best to Live to take advantage of the long grace period. However, now I suspect that even after the plan was changed to Live, the grace period remained 75 days.

To those who wish to park your number by changing to Live, please BEWARE that you may not get 90 days grace.

Yes, digi does. In fact, many telcos do that.

They can easily find out from the last known network your sim card/number was connected to.
