anyone know how to get the Jaringan Prihatin? i cant seem to find it for digi

https://www.digi.com.my/jaringan-prihatin-bm

If you have 2 or more telco, you need to decide on which telco to claim Jaringan Prihatin benefits. Once you claimed Bantuan Jaringan Prihatin on Digi for example, you can't use it on another telco smile.gif

Anyone find out Digi has closed down its own community forum?

community.digi.com.my is no longer reachable
I asked because i want research something about Volte compatibility outside of digi own whitelist

Some less popular phones (even sold officially in Malaysia) like ASUS or Motorola , these phones compatible with Maxis volte, BUT do not work with Digi volte. Is these because Digi problem?

On ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1, I remember I do need some hackery (change few lines in build.prop, needs root) to get Digi VoLTE working.

Does Digi fully shutdown their 3G network? Or some places still up? Asked because there is no 3G info at all in Digi's coverage map

Is DIGI data now controlled by Celcom Axiata?
*

No, both are still totally separate entity

Even if the merger did go through, Digi will be the surviving company

celcom digi bhd with maxis MOCN tower
umobile dont want using this tower.
*

U Mobile prefers instaling their own gear rather than MOCN with other telco

I know several Jendela MOCN-enabled towers around here and most of them have U Mobile gear installed separately in addition to either Maxis/Celcom/Digi for MOCN.

The network integration of CelcomDigi network in my area (JB West/Skudai) has now completed.

I noticed that they are now running 2X B3 carriers, 10MHz on B8, and no more B7, not even the former Altel spectrum (as the existing  holdings of B7 will be handed back to MCMC).

Of course there is now a 50213 - CelcomDigi, can be shown as MY CELCOM 3G on the 2G network. For the 4G network, it seems like that CelcomDigi still separates Celcom (50219) and Digi network (50216) - although they are running on single infrastructure, so that no major changes are needed on existing devices - which can ended up losing features like VoLTE, Vowifi.

And the 4G speeds post integration has reduced significantly, from the handsome 400Mbps to just 70Mbps.

CelcomDigi did reuse ALTEL's 2600MHz spectrum, maybe your area/tower they decided to not use B7 or CelcomDigi steered heavily towards other bands

Here is one of the CelcomDigi's TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report) found on Scribd.

Anyone converted to CelcomDigi Prepaid (Biru/Kuning) can check whether RM1 validity is still there?

The 4G handover still not good in partially integrated area as far as I could notice. Crossing LDP Sunway tol will also have chance of fail to handover from CelcomDigi (Subang) to Celcom (Puchong) when I put my phone on 4G which the network almost disconnect itself. Hopefully they could speed up the entire merger process.

MRT wise I barely travel beyond TRX on Putrajaya line so I couldn't tell. However, the Taman Naga Emas outdoor station has both weak 4G signal from Celcom and Digi itself which integration alone wouldn't help. They should really consider to add a tower nearby the station. Maxis has full 4G+ there. Quite important as the 5G signal was too weak so even a 5G compatible device wouldn't solve

Agree, site handover between CelcomDigi to Digi (in my case) is still awful.
