Hi, has anyone been successful in terminating his broadband account online? Live chat agent said I can only do it via walk-in at Digi Store, which I find absurd as I don't understand why we aren't given an option to do it online especially in the midst of pandemic.

download speed is really good but surfing is really slow, anyone experience this ? |
