i thought disabling voicemail alone is sufficient.


the last thing i need is tl be charged tens and hundreds just for voicemail while abroad; bank calls went into roaming voicemail box and i kena charge few tens for it.

It's not about enable or disable voicemail. It's something like a bug that happens on Digi with iPhone virtual voicemail.

I don’t know I am using iPhone and never got any notification. I have disabled voicemail since years ago.

I experienced switching from Best to Live on the last day of validity and also noticed the termination date announced was based on 75 days and not 90 days. I assumed it was just DiGi system lag, though fortunately I reactivated my line early in the grace period.

Anyone knows whether this is RM3 per month or per day? It's found under box of surprise. I'm currently subscribed to RM3 per 1GB monthly. When I click on the box, it goes to subscription confirmation page, so I can't find the T&C.

I know it says that. But what plan's monthly validity? My plan is a prepaid.

Also, if it's referring to the existing RM3/1GB, it is independently subscribed.
Sekali it's RM3/2GB/day...and it replaces my existing RM3/month subscription.

Or it adds to existing plan? Meaning, it's rm6/3GB/month?

it data booster add-on 2GB for RM3 to main plan. some booster valid for a few day, your bos is follow main plan.

you plan is monthly 1GB RM3/30 days validity auto renew. hey where u get this plan ? 12 month RM36 super-long-life

I'm not sure what you doubt as I am talking from actual experience.

It may not be surprising the sms quoted 75 days because I switched from Best to Live an hour before getting barred. Similar to sometimes you still get barring sms when you top up last minute.

But, after that, I called the IVR helpline a few times in subsequent days and the date was never adjusted to 90 days.

It's likely just a programming issue where the unusual situation, of switching plan just before barring, is not catered for.

Existing plan was from BOS too, so I thought this new offer will allow me to ditch the existing plan for twice the GB at same price laugh.gif

Mine is legacy plan, with RM38 SLL.

based on my sms records, i reactivated my number for 7 days and switched in less than an hour. if 7 days is not enough, then i wonder how long they will need. i bet if you switch from live to best, you won't get 90 days.

Anyone thinking of switching from Live/Best to Next for the Prihatin thing. Be aware that switching back to Live will require you to change to DiGi Prepaid Monthly 28. Then another RM28 to switch from Monthly 28 to Live or Best.

Unsure if they have changed anything with regards to this.
