Actually it is not needed, at their portal page they did not process the payment yet. I can check the outstanding is still there. So thats why I ask if any of you guys encounter this problem? Or is it just me?

From what I have noticed, the FDP boxes where the final stretch of drop fibre goes into the customer homes are placed on new poles behind the rows of link homes. They won't use TM's telephone poles.

Only bangalows and semi-D homes which do not have space for new poles, TNB will have no choice but to use existing utility poles to place the FDPs which are normally located in front of the houses along the road.

Always take screenshots of the finalized transaction/payment receipt page including its transaction number and details. then store it safely on some portable drive/thumb drive so that you can have a peace of mind that your payment was transacted successfully. For businesses, they even go to the extend of even printing it out in hard copy to file them up.

If they ever cut of your line or say you never pay/made late payment, there's always evidence to prove your part to sue or shoot them back.

True, but there are 2 type of new poles tat was put up. The 1 tat you saw at FDP (mostly) are thinner version as it avoid using T× poles. If the cable passing some area that have no electricity pole, a bigger 1 is put in place and if the electricity poles too crowded, they too will put up new poles (most noticeable my house area - Tmn Sri Intan and Tmn Rasi).
