Those with higher floor unit basically pay later for progressive interests as additional cost in total. No wonder middle floor still available at that time, since not much incremental difference as it goes higher (duduk project). Can only wish for a better corridor finishing, nothing less than low cost, although this is the developer's rightful decision. If their desire is to benchmark duduk with Eco Majestic's apartment, obviously not going to serve well among M40 group. Surely, they are prepared to list this project as future reference, by creating this duduk as a sub-brand but not sub-standard. 😁

After all, the fact is we are getting a unit of service apartment, with only 1 ft more than minimal requirement (unit floor to ceiling and corridor width). Not impressive but still ok. πŸ˜‘

anyone know what are the penalty if any if I already sign the LO but decide not to sign the SPA? I am looking at another property and think its more suitable for me.

SA said no penalty but I doubt it. Read through my PBB LO, got. Better double confirm with your banker.

Anyway, Se.Ruang plan and layout considered decent. Eco Sanctuary landscape very good. Location a little far but in future, township will definitely be good. I opt for Huni because distance to PJ nearer, and there's upcoming LRT line 3 in 2024, new WCE and Dash highway, which may potentially reduce NKVE traffic.

Yes, some 70 meters away. Quite a distance and safe. Still within the guidelines. Everyday, all residents also will drive pass by the same stretch of road. SA said unit will not face directly to HTC, from balcony, unless look to the left. HTC height is about 10th floor. If stay higher, no issue la 😁

Eh....can courier meh? no one tell me they gonna courier leh...if can also I won’t wait for them to courier lor...imagine later they say lost in transition la...need to sign again la...need to wait for stamping again la...this and that...lagi jialat....I already upset with that cement render thingy....and then dunno what type of lift installing in this service apartment......I really dun wanna get extra surprises from them later tell me document sudah hilang, etc....

No scientific evidence to back it up, though it will be better to maintain some distance away. Asia Jaya LRT area and Kelana Jaya have HTC. Still many people stay much nearer. Probably coz of location?
