Anyone can explain to me what's the purpose of a LO? Letter of Offer?

I booked a fully furnished unit at seruang. Now I'm just wondering if I sign the LO, and later change my mind on buying the property before signing SPA and loan agreement can I do that?

Not too sure sincd it's the first time for me buying a property.

Anyone signed their spa for se ruang already?

anyone know what are the penalty if any if I already sign the LO but decide not to sign the SPA? I am looking at another property and think its more suitable for me.

Anyone of you had trouble going to the showunit to sign the SPA because of CMCO roadblock? I don't live around that area so I am afraid I will be stop, and do not have company letter.

DId you guys receive your signed SPA for those in SeRuang?

When you signed did you get the physical spa with you? I was told they will call me to collect it once it's all being processed.

Have you collected? Wonder if there is anything else to pay attention to when collecting the SPA
