I was having the stock cooler as well but the only problem is the load temp - relatively high.

Not bad rclxms.gif
Mine's @ 3.33GHz stock cooling and no add Vcore
Not running super PI but @ around 50'C idle

I think 55'C is still ok

have u set the ram multiplier to lower? and what ram are you using on it
also check on pc health status for the cpu temp just to make sure it is still ok

those with stock cooling and over 3Ghz, kindly take care.

I tried before. Stock cooler, 25c ambient temp still ok. once I off my air-con and leave the system in the room with warmer temps. sorry la, no hope for doing Folding@Home on both cores.

YOu have the bios write protect on in the bios, you need to disable it first and then

Tick the following:
- Clear DMI Data Pool
- Clear PNP Data Pool

Updating BIOS in Windows is not really a good idea cos it's slow, and if something interrupts the transfer, you'll get write errors. Try updating via DOS, it's much faster and safer as well.
