Yes, best case scenario is you spend whole month (30 days) at oversea.
So if your per diem claim is RM90 daily then comes to RM2700 per month.
Then you can claim for telephone call and transportation as well where applicable and airport taxi.
Not to mention Air Asia meal allowance during flight even you didn't buy anything.
Certain countries like Sri Lanka and Bangladesh have extra allowance called Hardship allowance which give extra RM30 or RM50 per day as addition to your per diem.

you will learn if you want to learn. if you dont well, you'll be doing office boy jobs. so it depends on how well u can handle stuffs given by ur superior or seniors.

You can request and talk to your pm but for fresh grad, this is the only opportunity to earn bucks and project experience rather than doing maintenance and development only.

Going overseas, most probably you'll have to stay there for a month unless exceptional travel.

Depends on which country you go. Some are hotels some are apartments and even service apartments. Most probably your sharing room with another person unless you're the only one traveling there or higher rank.

Only those rank like SA will get personal room. Other will be in twin sharing basis.

It will take some time for you to get used to RPG. Its actually not difficult to code. The difficult part is the application logic.

U can learn from Debugging...once u understand how the RPG or RPLGE language works...its very easy..

Its actually for Silverlaker's from Malaysia being stationed in Singapore to get working permit and taxasion for permanent allocation instead of claiming travel pre-diem when traveling overseas. Whether to be stationed there or not is based on the team. Its normally for maintenance and support team.

Why do they let u develop in Sg and let u claim per diem when u can develop back in Msia? If its a development during implementation den its a whole diff thing.

Im not sure about the employment in Sl singapore. If they have open positions u may apply and try. Normally is the ppl from malaysia who transferred to SG if they need man power.

Yes, they have projects but unless the project is in SG, there is no reason for them to take project whereby the Malaysian team is the core, had more experience and skills due to the seniors available. Ppl posted to SG normally need to work independently and solely depends on oneself to improve.

Yea. If ur on a project site, its mainly like dat. If u lucky, u get a good senior Some senior arent good enough to teach dats y they can only throw u into the sea. Some cant take extra responsibilities.
