Tuned to RTM Sports just now. Curious since when RTM aired EPL matches? Even it is delayed matches but good enough.

RTM is going up, while Media Prima is going down whistling.gif whistling.gif

The only thing in Media Prima that is going up, is CJ Wow Shop and its primetime news bulletin tongue.gif

Yup, RTM is going up, all the way up. Would like to request RTM to show "So You Think You Can Dance : The Next Generation", "Art Attack/Art Ninja" and the new "McGuyver" at a different time slot. Also TV Okey should show more English shows. RTM is doing a good job, by implementing the suggested shows it would be even extremely better.

On Media Prima, on the other hand, besides interesting shows like the news and CJ WoW Shop, there are also some interesting Chinese, Philipines, Thai and English shows.

Would like Bernama or Bernama News Channel (BNC) to show the English, Chinese and Indian news and shows in the afternoon after 2PM and at prime time at night after 8:30PM.

Usually, Mediacorp/SG DTT channels should be catered alongside MYTV DTT channels for condos located in Johor area, especially in Southern Johor. I would advise to check your condo management for details.

Hi, I didn't expect a prompt reply from anyone.
Thank you.

Let me further explain the situation.
In fact, we can view SG channel when plug the antenna cable (from condo centralized antenna) directly to the TV.
In this case, we can't see msia channel.

My actual question is: can I plug the antenna cable to mytv freeview box. And able to view msia channel and SG channel at the same time using the box?

Prooly because they put redundant "info" all over screen, it's like too hard for them to put only TV logo most of times like old era.

Ever since SG switch off their analog FTA, their Digital broadcast is poor. Can’t receive at my side - Skudai. Previously for many years their Digital broadcast along with analog were strong

No, that makes it more robust and transmit further, at the expense of needing more multiplexes

PFL has been on free to air in the UK since the season restarted, a consequence of the empty stadiums.

Singapore DTT uses 16QAM, not 64QAM.
They got lots of allocated frequencies yet less number of channels, so they got no issue of doing that.

I believe they use a lot of indoor signal repeater in almost all buildings especially their HDB blocks throughout Singapore, to ensure reliable DTT signal indoors too.

16QAM + lots of signal repeaters installed in building = most robust DTT reception in the region (or maybe, best in the world?).

I mean, you don't see a country that willing to invest that much in their DTT reception.

Some country, like Malaysia is, as long got DTT coverage then can already. Robust/reliable indoor signal coverage is not their concern also. Their concern is more towards coverage. That's why ah, this MYTV use 256QAM to accommodate more bandwidth in one mux while sacrificing signal robustness to the viewers. Solution is, use better antenna or outdoor antenna.

Probably recommend an UHF antenna with 8 element or more than that.

My digital tv signal just went off because the construction of tall building nearby finally reached the "certain level" of height. sleep.gif

So...what should we do?
We as in "8 neighbours" who DTTV signal got blocked.......

Initially, it was the first neighbour = finished 4th floor construction
Then, second neighbour = 6th floor
Third neighbour = 7th floor

Mine at the last row = 12 floor

Yep, or 5 elements UHF antenna / indoor antenna is fine if it's not far from nearby transmitter or have good line-of-sight to the transmitter.
It still depends on location also.

But to be safe, go for good quality/more element ones, and don't rely on signal boosters.
