I have a feeling that myFreeview digital TV boxes will never finish distributing to the needy. Since so so long ago until today, still haven't finish distribute.  blink.gif
I wonder what's actually going on.

Also, the second page of the press release statement that says:
15 HD channels??? You sure or not??? Don't simply write lehhh...
I suspect the one who typed this document don't even watch myFreeview digital TV also.  doh.gif
Even if they want to overpromote the myFreeview's digital TV service, that's not the way la...  shakehead.gif  shakehead.gif

Strange, my parent received a SMS from 63001 that they are eligible for a free decoder under B40 and requested them to fill in the B40 form at https://status.mytvbroadcasting.my/

But when I entered my parent IC number, it displayed "Maaf, anda tidak layak"......... confused.gif

Apa cerita ni? shakehead.gif

recently bought Hisense TV come with built in DVB-T2 tuner & portable outdoor digital antenna, when scan can receive all the malaysia and singapore channel. But the problems was when i switch off TV for a day and switch it on again, all channel will be lost and i need to auto re-scan again to find the channel. if i switch off TV for few hours, the channel still there, but if switch for a day, mostly the channel will lost and need to re-scan again. Problem on the TV or portable outdoor digital antenna?

My digital tv signal just went off because the construction of tall building nearby finally reached the "certain level" of height. sleep.gif

So...what should we do?
We as in "8 neighbours" who DTTV signal got blocked.......

Initially, it was the first neighbour = finished 4th floor construction
Then, second neighbour = 6th floor
Third neighbour = 7th floor

Mine at the last row = 12 floor

What antenna type do you use? Take pic see...

Try reposition/relocate the antenna to somewhere else...
Or contact your building management, ask them to upgrade their MATV system to support digital TV by contacting relevant contractors.

What is the name of your apartment/condo?

The popular 5E Thai antenna with green cover.

No lah, I live at terrace house.

Problem is, there is nearby building construction which is getting higher and higher until it obstructed the signal for our row of landed housing.

The update on DTT for RTM channels enabled subtitles function on all RTM channels. There are now advisory on how to switch on the subtitles on TV.
Taken from Unifi PlayTV

Hmm.......last time the DTV Subtitle doesn't on Openbox V8 Pro and I was forced to buy GTmedia v7 Plus just for the subtitle.

Wonder if the update on the DTT transport stream will enable V8 Pro to properly display the subtitle? hmm.gif

Research survey of viewers' feedback on the rebranding of RTM TV channels 2021
Here's the Google Forms link: https://forms.gle/HJwgHVa1WepQ6yeW6
Wobblyblob This is a good opportunity to voice out your suggestions to RTM  smile.gif

I find that 4Mbps for 1080 interlaced is decent enough, especially when your TV applies de-interlacing. You should be getting similar quality to 6~7Mbps 50FPS.

Unfortunately, most of us don't have a expensive TV with good quality scaler and deinterlacer. sad.gif

Using lavfilter YADIFF on PC USB TV tuner = perfect.
On the TV part....err......the result is really.....disappointing....

I thick mytv should lower the 1080p broadcast price ...

I think Mytv should be closed.

Unsustainable operation for both parties.
