usually how do we buy the antenna? have to go to their office?

U can call the sales person or buy it from the reseller.

thanks. btw i notice there are a few new antennas available on izzi website. some are HUGE and freaking expensive.

Didn't really improve much right now for me, am getting 350kbps. When I had 500kbps bandwidth, that was better.

Edit: 09:21 PM was the time I posted the above line, now it seems better, can reach 600kbps for a speedtest to KL server.

I just bought the izziyou, im getting a poor signal in my house,that is around 20% signal signal strength !!!
can someone give me some opinion what should i do ? Return back ? Or izzit buy a entenna will solve the problem ?
because the downlink speed really low, around 100 kbps...

dont buy the antenna...

ask for free. They will definitely give to customer who got poor reception. I even get free even my signal 100% after some bla bla bla with the reseller.

err.. how should ask for the anttena for free??

Ya, just check with Izzi website, the Izzione is much cheaper. Wonder why no discount for the usb type....im thinking of buying a pci to pcmcia card, then i go sign up the izzione package for my desktop...... save a lot.......

actualy, use the example of the car to equate with izzinet promotion of tht rm66 is rather inappropriate....the promotion cut off was 1/3 difference.

moreover, the cut back is not tht severe when promotion is given by cars' promotion eg. 2k of 40k.....even there was one, and in fact, there was actually once.....the iswara.....by the govt, actually the ppl really feel deeply lousy about tht sort of cut throat promotion which significantly degrade the second hand values of car almost instantly.....thts why many ppl really mock the govt management

hence izzinet should not practice the same method....regardless wat example to justify its means, but in the end, customers will ultimately feel cheated....
