Yeah..only that 3 credit card are guaranteed installment free. Others, depend on the sale person. My salesperson, offer me 0% even I use maybank (not MBF) credit card.

Perhaps, he gonna bear the interest for the sake of more future customer....well, only they know how much commission they get per customer rights.

I will do the same thing too if the commission is thick enough to bear credit card interest.

wireless broadband seems to be unstable all the time in market now...i have borrow my friend's maxis usb n tested in my area, it shows HSDPA signal but speed cant exceed 100 kbps.

Why dont you play dota at izzi server? No community not good enuff? Luckily I dont play dota. Mostly in MMORPG...but, gaming at night without any kind of download (2moons use about 8-10 kbps only)...sometime lagging till I die ...huhuhuhu. Not even red name monster...

So now more on downloading ubunty, farcry etc...dont give a damn about the speed as long as the torrent more than 60 kB...I just sit back..watch downloaded movies or watch astro. Gaming now... equal DEATH.

Too bad I am a working person....if only I am a univ student, I can play game not at night..

Actually the 0% interest payment is advertised in the official website lah.

i think it's the charges for using the credit card terminal. but as i know there is actually charges above the amount swiped. so i guess the shop is charging u for the charges.

Hi expertester!! i just subcripted the izzi last nite by Mr. Lennon in Seksyen 17. tested it at 9pm, seems that the signal is strong and not a problem to download and browse website. Once i paid and retry to surf around 10.30, its really really slow..even signal is 80% .. now donno what to do?? would it be just on peak hour's problem?

Yeah, thats what kajika, me and other izzi user talk about here. After 10 pm...the speed drop, and the line seem not so stable (in term of ping latency). I monitor the ping latency all the time....the speed drop significantly when ping reach 2000++ ms. I just dont bother, coz either you restart your izzi connection or a minute later...the connection will be OK. OK not great.

Ping to google...nowadays at peak time (as you mention) close to 600 ms at my side.

More user than they can cope. Just cross your finger this probs will be rectified soon. Do update us about your izzi connection outside peak hour band...

just get the izzi staff go ur hse directly, no interest charge, well thts my case almost 2-3 months back...yeah im from setapak...i used eon...even mbf the staff said no extra charge...the site sometime no update wan la....just try nego with staff hehe

It's actually ok'ish. Just don't use wireless for FPS. Most MMORPGs still do ok. But your signal strength need to be high. Still I'm testing it and I have lagged movements sometimes.

recent speedtest.net result i not able to provide because lately i've dabbled with my pc severely so i think somewher myb extra firewalls has kinda affected my speedtest result significantly i not sure la....but surfing is fine ....only the speedtest.net cannot appear

ive downloaded today using flashget (see pic)....my surfing is pretty good locally n oversea. torrent dl not throttle....i jus download at daytime only...nit, just switch off goto sleep lol bt high ratio still can hit 100kbps day/nit....tts all i can say

PS/ some ppl not happy if i mention mtu again lol....but myb relevant so il say it again....actualy the 10pm meltdown i experience before....esp at nit freaking slow xx kbps shown in my iB download link, pass midnit, my line dropped like hell slower than dialup....then i solved the entire problem after re-fixing my mtu from 1500 to 1400.....thts when i get speed >800kbps from speedtest, day /nit witout meltdown at nit....but from the sound of it, mtu didnt manage to solved everyone's problem.....

ok, i just found out another way to tackle those latency in mmorpg, DONT EVER put them in high graphic spec, close all those dumb effect and it will be smooth.

i tried with my PW last nite, lower all those features, quality, effect and it was freakingly smooth than before i lower them. well, latency wise, it's still delay within 5 seconds at times, but it is way better than previously no movement within 5 minutes, u can see your character moving but not attacking the mobs which end up dying. Now i'm moving and attacking again v

Now that we know that loading high quality graphics game over wireless is a BIG NO NO. but there is still one game i can make out a solution, it's much like the RO but still having trouble to get the character moving. other game still manageable.
OK, that's my review on IZZI for gaming coz i'm a gamer, hahaha
Download wise, it's quite low, it's so so only. it's acceptable if you're not in a hurry. If you're in a hurry to watch the 2nd episode, might take a day or two to finish without any other downloading.

Please launch a report with them. Let them know your problem and see what they will answer. I have done 1 and the customer service told me that there will be a new base station up by end of this month. When i asked them where will the base station be, they said we are only customer service, we don't know about this =.=|| Though i was not satisfied with their answer, i plan to give them a chance until end of this month. Recently my speed is around 400-800 depends on time as well. At night, it might drop to 100-200. My signal strength is 100%.

What i will say is, keep on calling their support and complain about this, hopefully they will do sth when they found out that the problem is quite serious and urgent.

FYI, the download speed is still quite ok, at least for me. I have started to download 2 movies before i went to sleep and when i woke up this morning, the 2 movies are ready to watch. Overall i am quite satisfied, we will see how long will I satisfied with their service.


P/s: Anyone can give me the page to set latency? I am using Vista and not sure where should i find them. Thanks.

My dear, your lagging problems is not because latency alone...its because your PC hardware can not handle all those high detail 3D graphics setting too. Thats why, by turning down those setting you will feel smoother than before. But for people who use "more than capable" 3D card, let say Geforce 8800 GTS for example, ultra high setting in any MMORPG game will never taxed our computer out.

Like you said before, your char will move but hardly attack..thats latency lag problems.

Anyway, thanks for sharing with us.

Most probably it won't be the hardware problem. If you faced this problem again, may be you should insist that you need them to send you a technician... I really wish to know what they mean by the "Apple problem"... It is very funny, do they mean that Apple Computer cannot online just like normal?

Just ask them to check for you if you have the need. Hopefully they will really send someone to fix it... Good luck......
