QUOTE(dkzk86 @ Apr 3 2020, 02:56 PM) You can make use of the snapshots. IBKR gives free USD1 worth of snapshots each month. That's about 100 free snapshots for equities. Thanks!! ![]() I'm not too sure on which subscription is applicable for Equities only but my guess is it's the same as mine. ![]() actually, I don't really like the snapshot .... Snap-hour / snap-minute would be better. Like 1 hour or 1 minute of live trading data. hahaha.... |

QUOTE(erizdagreat @ Apr 3 2020, 02:08 PM) It feels like the difference between how Ramjade and I manage our IBKR accounts can be summarised as follows: I try maybank TT m2u, on recipient detail, what do u fill for the passport/IC, contact..etc.1. Ramjade tries to minimize/eliminate all his costs, incurring some inconvenience along the way. 2. I go for convenience, incurring cost while I'm at it. Interesting. Newbies would probably be better off somewhere in the middle. |

QUOTE(Investor12 @ Apr 3 2020, 10:17 PM) oh no, kena pattern day trade restriction..... can't trade until next week. Pattern day trade restrictions is a regulation instituted by FINRA and NYSE to limit the amount of trading that can be done in accounts with small amounts of capital. I don't think anything will happen to you other than having to continue to trade under those severe restrictions.anyone here can share your experience? I know IB will block you from trading for about a week but what if one continue to break the rule again and again? You can remove the "PDT" flag on your account by increasing the account value to more than USD25,000. One way to do this is to deposit more money. Only after the PDT flag is removed would you be able to day trade like a big boy. |

However IBKR required me to fill up a deposit form which consists of info I only can get after initiate a transfer in Instarem. But at Instarem, before I can initiate transfer, I need to key in bank details which I only can get after submit the deposit form. I am confuse now. Any people that had go through this process can give some advice on how to proceed? Much appreciated. |

I applied via Tradestation Global website, and currently my trading account application is currently under processing by Interactive Brokers.
Recently, Oscar Vogt, a TradeStation Global Support Rep <globalsupport@tradestation-international.com>, sent an e-mail to me, requesting for my ID. From my understanding, I believe that I should give my supporting documents to only Interactive Brokers, in Interactive Brokers website. My question: Do I also need to give my supporting documents, to Tradestation Global? Thank you for your information. |
