ur ID should have been requested by TSG during account opening process, for my case there is no ID being asked no more once account is created, able to login to IBKR and ready to fund.I login IBKR and seems my account is done.

sending institution can put: CIMB Bank Berhad Singapore
account number is to put in your CIMB SG acc number, correct.
account nickname up to you to change, it is just for your own reference.
remember to put your TSG/IBKR account number at "reference" / "message" when you creating FAST transfer to IBKR SG at CIMB SG portal
