Just choose what suits yourself.
For Sunway Flora, overall consider good choose for own stay with family. If you missed this project, future only get smaller layout at this area with similar price.
Or you get bigger with same price but more further away from city.

that why now i prefer landed over condo. the amount of time waiting lift up and down to unit already cost 15-30min per day.

Agreed, almost gone crazy when i stayed in 825sf unit during mco...
keep going down to collect food and parcel, after every trip down had to shower..
everyday shower so many times till my skin also kecut d..
but now 15xx sf feels so good, my place here 1 level 10 units come with 8 passenger lifts + 1 service lift
walking distance to mall, wife can bring baby go down jalan jalan and do grocery shopping

different people different preference.. all properties will have its own market

wah so many lift. can share which condo? then the maintenance ma more than .35 cents.
then with 15xx sf , one month maintenance more than 500rm?

Still same category in the 2020 KL plan, seems no change. Quite a big piece of land, much bigger than the red box in the photo

Don't force own self to buy if Tower A remaining unit don't suit you.

i actually wonder they will open an exit at that corner, looks like faster to reach alam sutera station then walking towards muhibbah

Indeed that's nearer.

The purple area will be phase 2 incl retail, likely will be open access to public. Even if fenced up, could ask for a side door for pedestrians

Alam sutera still far.
Future will have Flora 2 and como land maybe will resume , you will be feeling not too far to walk
