Tako19, seems in the KL 2020 plan the whole piece of land still has the same designation.

The whole area (now trees) from the industrial zone on the left to the land next to the Harve.

Still same category in the 2020 KL plan, seems no change. Quite a big piece of land, much bigger than the red box in the photo

Indeed that's nearer.

The purple area will be phase 2 incl retail, likely will be open access to public. Even if fenced up, could ask for a side door for pedestrians

Was thinking more of like Sunway Geo style or even higher end.
Also offers more places for neighborhood people to go to, else they will all flock to Flora phase 2 retail shops

I listened to a wise someone on this forum and went to check out Aster Hill, looks pretty decent too, and price wise as well. Will have to check out the surroundings, am not famliar with that area.
