yea, but somehow the islam cemetery that they just built (looks like completed and new) is just that small red box area. If really follow the KL city plan 2020 really habis gg.com whole plot become cemetery.

Btw, if como revive then all the view will be blocked from tower A northeast side. That day pass by there via LRT saw the heavy machines are moved around. Anyone has any news about that abandoned land?
That day heard from a sunway sales staff saying como messed up with their piling, so it is too expensive to rectify the mistake, therefore low chance it will get revived or something? rclxub.gif

Dont think will give up that of land, even como not doing it someone will take over and continue, inagine build a 500-800 unit with avg price 600k , thats 300-500 mil there,

I want to find out that as well, sunway sa said como side got approach sunway to takeover them but sunway duwan. All these are hearsays but mana tau? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Personally i like this place alot but hard to ignore all these unwanted uncertainties

Alam Sutera no proper walkway one. On coming car in the highway is dangerous.

Could suggest to Sunway to build raised up covered walkway, like how they did that in Bandar Sunway?

Alam Sutera lrt have walkway along the highway but not shaded, direction from pavilion

If the opposite road Im not sure

The land previous was land fill, also soft land, as near to river.
The land max can build landed, not suitable for high rise

if can, i prefer they rebuild with low rise commercial, at least is an enhancement to the surrounding. besides, with so much resident staying nearby, catering is a good business also.

Not sure is a good idea, if open up target mostly ppr residents , since largest population is there , more road side stall will setup and hygine problem might be an issue

PPR and low cost residents will be there like forever ady, so whoever can bring profit to the business, they will become the 1st priority. Flora resident will be the minority to actually enjoy the extra add-on from the surrounding. i believe owner or family who stay in Flora wont allow their kid or themselves to actually walk out the condo since the safety is not so convincing once u step out the premise.

Sorry to say, it just like world war Z, while you're staying inside your fortress surrounded with lots of zombie.
the only way to go out is to drive a tank or fly a helicopter biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
